FLOURISH is a 12-month science-backed, interactive, and integration-focused program for women who want to be present and resilient mothers. You’ll learn to set intentional boundaries and become the most present, and happiest version of yourself while simultaneously breaking generational and societal patterns and teaching your kids that a different way of being and doing is possible.

Personal Path to Flourishing— A customized approach to help you make time for yourself and navigate your personal path to thriving. Includes: Comprehensive Onboarding Assessment, 20-minute 1:1 Debrief Call, and Customized Personal Path to Flourishing Guide/Document every 6 months in FLOURISH
FLOURISH Framework & Curriculum— an intentionally curated compilation of educational resources and tangible tools and practices on mindfulness, the mother wound, healing the nervous system, and more —all accessible via a custom app and/or private podcast
